About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Support Engineer. The right candidate will have working experience of maintaining CRM systems and supporting users for new requirement on CRM. Bridge CRM system to other management system like PM / ERP / FIN / Reporting systems. In this role, you will communicate closely with technical and non-technical members of the business to resolve issues on time using analytical and programming skills to provide remediation plans forward.


  • Coordinate with different teams on the integration points and bring resolution to the problems
  • Assisting internal user in troubleshooting code, integration, and implementation of CRM
  • Understand the business complexity and provide resolution/workaround to the users problems
  • Support ongoing CRM administration (create accounts/profiles, workflow, approvals, reports, dashboards, etc.).
  • Provide minor changes in the code/configuration and able to deploy them
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers
  • Link up CRM with other automation tool and platform to stream the data flow from end to end
  • Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT-related field
  • Field knowledge in CRM system or Hubspot is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working on IT / CRM related
  • Exhibit analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skill s in order to assist internal user with their technical issue.
  • Web application development or Auto test experience on .NET/C#/C++/Java and other programming languages.
  • Past experience of Support Professional in IT field or IT Technical Consultant is preferable.
  • English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking.
