    development teams to drive resolutions.
  • Document and communicate test architecture, automation framework components, test
cases, and results effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze test results, track key quality metrics, and maintain high testing standards
    throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support root cause analysis of defects and contribute to ongoing process improvements to
enhance test efficiency and defect prevention.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable test reports for technical and business
    stakeholders.
  • Monitor test activities for compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory
    requirements where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing and validation.
  • Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, and scripting
    in Java or Python.

wireless power is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with protocol validation in areas like Power Delivery or Wireless Power
    Consortium (Qi)specifications.
  • Prior experience in working with lab equipment for protocol or interface validation is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with a keen attention to detail.
