Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our organization.

  • Will be a team member of the GRL Global Finance Organization and will be based in Singapore
  • Will report directly to GRL Group CFO and will directly support BU Leadership.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute budget/actual financial performance review (incl. MoM, QoQ, YoY) for assigned Regional Financial Statements along with Capital Expenditure planning, Cash Flow analysis, Resource Planning and other related key drivers/metrics 
  • Lead and prepare BU package for budget, forecast, actual results as well as various BU management reports 
  • Provide management reporting with business insights, including potential opportunities to improve profitability and early warnings on future performance and trends 
  • Assist in implementing new transfer pricing models and interact with headquarter in the US and other regions regularly 
  • Act as a business partner with internal customers to drive initiatives and recommend changes for process improvements 
  • Be the Business Partner with BU Leadership to analyze growth opportunities and be able to act as a gatekeeper of profitability and cashflow 
  • Act as an FP&A representative to various high priority projects to ensure financial soundness and good practice 
  • Take charge of Ad-Hoc analysis to support BU Leadership Will ensure best practices and GRL standards for US GAAP Accounting and Finance are enforced 
  • Ensures GRL Policies and Procedures are enforced 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business, or other related areas 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Management accounting, and financial management is a must; Big 4 experience and CPA license is a plus 
  • Experience in consumer electronics / manufacturing industries is a plus 
  • Detail oriented, flexible with hands-on mentality, committed to deliver high quality work 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with people at all levels & across both regional and global departments 
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, capable of seeing a situation from multiple perspectives 
  • Proficient use of Excel is a must; knowledge and implementation of NetSuite ERP or similar system is plus 
  • Hands-on knowledge of Financial Reporting systems or Enterprise Management Systems such as OneStream is preferred 
  • Good presentation skills and must be fluent in English and Chinese.
