Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager/Assistant Manager possessing over 10 years of experience, who is a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant or has a commerce degree (masters preferred). The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in India and international accounting standards, including IN GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive budgets covering balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and
    cash flow projections tailored to meet the needs of our global operations.
  • Forecast cash flow and analyze actual performance against projections, identifying
    variances.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audits ensuring compliance with international
    accounting standards.
  • Conduct thorough intercompany reconciliations and manage fund requirements across
    multiple geographies.
  • Handle transfer pricing entries and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Perform accurate GL reconciliations and oversee forex restatements to reflect currency
    fluctuations.
  • Manage fixed asset records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant or BCom with masters or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of India and international transaction experience, preferably in multinational
    environments.
  • Proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP, and other GAAPs.
  • Strong budgeting, financial statement preparation, and cash flow forecasting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate audits across multiple jurisdictions and teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with GL reconciliations and forex restatements.
  • Experience in fixed asset management is advantageous.
