GRL’s DisplayPort 2.0 Receiver Calibration and Test Automation Solution (GRL-DP21-SINK-AN) provides full compliance automation to test Sink products to the DisplayPort 2.0 standard. The solution is compatible with Tektronix and Keysight oscilloscopes paired with the Anritsu MP1900A BERT for calibrating the stressed eye opening and testing receiver jitter tolerance, BER, and jitter margin.

GRL’s easy-to-use software automates complex stressed signal calibration to ensure consistency and repeatability with maximum efficiency and equipment flexibility.

  • Fully Automated Mode
    • Calibrates, tests and debugs DisplayPort 2.0 Receivers at the push of a button. Fully automates Receiver Compliance and Jitter Tolerance and Margin testing (test to failure) using spec or user-defined Jitter Frequency steps at UHBR10, UHBR13.5 and UHBR20. Automatically calibrates Stressed Eye conditions defined in the CTS at all required Sinusoidal Jitter (SJ) frequencies, and automates BER testing.
  • Multi-Equipment Compatibility
    • Compatible with Tektronix and Keysight oscilloscopes paired with the Anritsu MP1900A BERT for calibrating the stressed eye opening and testing receiver jitter tolerance, BER, and jitter margin.
  • High Flexibility
    • Automates the Anritsu MP1900A BERT as a Sinusoidal Jitter source generator and the Keysight and Tektronix oscilloscope to emulate the clock recovery function. Also easily integrates with switch matrix, power supply and temperature control equipment for fast multi-lane stress testing.

    • Fully integrated with high-speed test fixtures and AUX controller available from Wilder Technologies (sold separately).
