GRL Solutions, the business entity that develops and delivers lab-grade validation platforms used by leading semiconductor companies, OEMs, and authorized compliance test centers worldwide for technologies including USB-IF, PCI Express, Qi wireless charging, DisplayPort, and Automotive Connectivity, will remain an independent company following the transaction. It will operate separately from SGS and will be rebranded as GRL Platform Solutions.
