About the role
We are seeking a motivated and highly qualified Office Manager who thrives in a fast paced and collaboration environment. This multi-faceted position is based at GRL’s new world headquarters in the heart of Silicon Valley, and offers excellent professional growth opportunities for the right candidate. This position reports to the GM of North America and works closely with the COO, CFO and other executives on North America and global matters. Responsibilities:

Regional Financial Operations

Manage month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, management reports with commentaries and internal/external compliance & controls.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and payment management and billing processes.

Drive cost management & optimization, including corporate cost allocation
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and cross-functional projects as required

- HR & Payroll Administration
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management for the North America team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Support recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations
- Manage H1B visa and immigration-related processes to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations

- Office Administration & Operations
- Lead daily office management tasks, including facility coordination, vendor management, and administrative support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar support role in a fast-paced, global company environment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in finance/accounting operations.
- Superior organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, highly resourceful team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in International shipping preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
