의무 등록 제도 (CRS)

이제 가전제품 제조업체는 독일 전자정보기술부(MeitY)가 정한 강제 등록 제도(CRS)를 의무적으로 준수해야 합니다. 이러한 제조업체는 적합성을 위해 BIS 공인 시험소에서 제품을 테스트한 후 BIS에 등록을 신청해야 합니다.

BIS 등록 제도를 통해 인도 표준을 충족하는 제조업체는 적합성을 선언할 수 있으며, 등록한 제조업체는 표준국이 통지하는 표준 마크를 표시할 수 있습니다.

강제 등록 제도는 BIS (적합성 평가) 규정의 Scheme - II에 따라 운영됩니다.

제조업체는 제품의 품질과 안전을 보장하기 위해 IT/통신 제품에 대해 BIS가 정한 지침과 표준을 준수해야 합니다. 또한 인증을 획득하기 위해 BIS가 승인한 시험소에서 제품을 테스트해야 합니다.

BIS는 시장 감시, 공장 검사, 제품 테스트를 통해 IT/통신 제품에 대한 CRS 준수 여부를 모니터링합니다. 규정을 준수하지 않을 경우 벌금, 과태료, 심지어 징역형에 처해질 수 있습니다.

등록 단계

• 신청자는 온라인으로 등록 허가를 신청해야 합니다.
• CRS에 따라 BIS가 인정한 실험실에서 발행한 시험 성적서 원본을 신청서와 함께 제출해야 합니다.
• 인도에 연락 사무소 또는 지사가 없는 외국 신청자의 경우, 인도 중앙은행(BIS)이 발행한 지침에 따라 소정의 지명 양식에 따라 공인 인도 대리인(AIR)을 임명해야 합니다.
• 외국인 신청자의 공인 인도 대리인은 진술서와 서약서를 제출해야 합니다.
• 인도에 거주하는 모든 신청자는 진술서와 서약서를 제출해야 합니다.
• CRS의 수수료 체계에 따라 수수료를 예치해야 합니다.
• 온라인으로 신청서를 작성합니다. 신청서와 함께 제출할 서류 체크리스트를 참조하세요.
• 온라인 신청서 제출 후 15일 이내에 신청서 하드카피를 제출해야 합니다. 온라인 제출 후 15일 이내에 신청서 하드 카피를 수령하지 못한 경우.
• BIS는 신청서를 면밀히 검토합니다(신청서를 면밀히 검토하는 동안 BIS가 일반적으로 관찰하는 몇 가지 단점을 참조하세요).
• 신청서에 대한 모든 질문은 BIS에서 온라인으로 제기하며 신청자는 온라인으로 답변해야 합니다.
• 전달된 단점은 신청자가 지체 없이 준수해야 합니다.
• 신청서가 불완전하고 질의에 대한 답변이 지연되는 경우 등록 허가의 전반적인 지연에 대한 책임은 신청자에게 있습니다.
• 문의 사항이 만족스럽게 해결되고 진술서와 서약서가 제출되면 BIS에서 등록을 부여합니다.
• 등록 허가서는 신청자의 포털에 업로드됩니다.
• 등록된 제조업체는 동일한 등록 번호로 동일한 제품 및 브랜드의 새 모델을 포함하도록 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 등록은 처음에 2년 동안 부여되며 2년마다 갱신해야 합니다.
• 등록 부여 후 전자 및 IT 제품에 대한 BIS 강제 등록 제도에 따른 표준 마크 사용 및 라벨링 요건에 대한 지침을 참조하세요.

        • 지명인의 신원을 증명하는 문서(예: 회사 등록기관에서 발행한 증명서 등)
        • 해당 브랜드 소유자 또는 인도에 위치한 브랜드/상표의 소유자 또는 등록 사용자 또는 해당 브랜드/상표의 CEO/MD/승인된 직원의 진술서 겸 서약서
        • 진술서에 서명한 사람의 신분증 사본
      • 다른 단체가 지명된 경우
        • 인도에 해당 브랜드의 소유자/등록 사용자가 없다는 브랜드 소유자의 선언.

BIS 인증은 얼마 동안 유효한가요?

BIS 인증은 2년 동안 유효합니다. 현장 또는 실험실 테스트 없이 몇 가지 서류와 소정의 수수료를 제출하면 최소 2년에서 최대 5년까지 추가로 갱신할 수 있습니다.

BIS 검사 프로세스는 어떻게 진행되나요?

• 검사 공무원이 공장을 방문하여 시험 보고서를 확인합니다.
• BIS 담당자가 샘플을 테스트 실험실로 보냅니다.
• 다음과 같은 내용이 기재된 시험 성적서가 발급됩니다:
  • 제품 불합격 시 검사 불합격 사유에 대한 설명
  • 제품 불만 사항 발견 시 검사에 대한 간략한 설명
• 성능 검토 보고서가 생성됩니다.
• 모든 테스트 요구 사항이 충족되면 BIS에서 인증을 발급합니다.
